help !! breast problem?

Problem?

ok so from 3-4 days i can see a knot beside my breast, not on the nipples but beside it , the brown area which surrounds the nipples !!
so i am seeing this knot or some kind of thing from 4-5 days n i dont know what it is !
to be very precise it not really a knot , i mean i am just not able to explain it what it is but since i am young n my breast are really small so i am not guessing its something dangerous but then again its really freaking me out !
i am going to the doctor tom but then i really wanna be on a safe side !
it not hurting generally , but if i press it too hard it does hurt!

i just turned 22 this month n this kinda scaring me now !!

these knot kind of things used to appear on my nipples too.. when i was around your age or may be younger. these used to last for a few days during which the area used to remain sensitive. It used to hurt on pressing hard..

And I am male by the way :)
